Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours in non-climate conditions.
• Repetitive motions in a noisy, dusty setting.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: 2+ years of machine operation experience.
• Experience with CNC programming and operation.
• Familiarity with Brake Press, Turret, Fin Press.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform quality checks and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed.
