Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience operating CNC turret or laser machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a noisy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turret punch and laser cutting machines.
• Read blueprints, production drawings, and job orders.
• Load and unload sheet metal materials safely.
• Monitor machine operation and maintain part accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, tape measures.
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
• Perform basic maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Follow directions with minimal supervision.
