Job summary

PTMW, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our team. The role requires operating CNC router equipment, reading blueprints, and applying mathematical calculations to ensure precision.

This full-time position runs Sunday through Thursday from 8:00pm to 6:00am, with potential overtime as needed. Woodworking experience is a plus, and safety and accuracy are prioritized in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Proficient in basic geometry, fractions and trigonometry.
• Woodworking experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC router machines.
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine setups.
• Perform measurements and calculations to ensure accuracy.
• Load materials, secure workpieces, and monitor operation.
• Adjust tool paths to meet specifications and quality.
• Inspect finished products for conformance with specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Communicate progress and issues with team and supervisors.
