would train on days for about a month and then move to nights.

Day shift is Monday thru Friday 7a – 330p

Night shift is Monday thru Thursday 330p – 2a (4 - 10 hour shifts)- will receive $1 shift differential

Summary

The CNC Router Operator is responsible for operating CNC routing equipment to manufacture precision parts while ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency. The operator interprets technical drawings, loads materials, selects tooling, performs machine setup, and inspects finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC router machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Load raw materials and secure them properly on the machine.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools.
• Upload and run CNC programs (G-code).
• Monitor machine performance during production.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Make minor program or machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Qualifications
