Job summary

PTMW, Inc. is seeking a qualified CNC Machine Operator to join our PFAB team. The candidate will load materials, set up and run CNC machines, and ensure parts meet specifications by reading blueprints and performing precise measurements.

Responsibilities include daily machine checks, tool handling, safety adherence, and collaboration with production to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong mathematical skills including fractional/decimal conversions.
• Experience operating CNC machinery and performing setups.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machinery according to blueprints/drawings and job layouts.
• Load raw materials into machines and prepare tooling.
• Operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read blueprints/mechanical drawings to understand task specifications.
• Inspect finished parts and measure against requirements; adjust as needed.
• Monitor machine operation and maintain equipment daily.
• Keep work area clean and safe; follow all safety guidelines.
• Assist in other production areas as needed or assigned.
