FLOFORM Countertops is hiring a CNC Operator for night shift at our Boise local branch. The role involves safe operation of CNC machinery, setup of stock, and precise measurements to meet product specifications.

The successful candidate will have CNC operator experience, basic math skills, and a solid understanding of fractions and measurements. We offer competitive wages ranging from $21 to $24 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNC operator experience is required.
• Basic mathematical skills needed for measurements and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for quality control.
• Ability to read and understand written English.
• Understanding of fractions and measurement units is important.
• Troubleshooting ability and good judgement required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the CNC machine.
• Set up stock using laser guides for placement.
• Load machines with stock using mechanical lifters.
• Verify settings by precise measurements and standards.
• Maintain specifications by monitoring drilling, grooving and cutting; adjust tooling as needed.
• Keep workstation clean and orderly.
• Follow all safety procedures on the production floor.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, full time.
