Job summary

Shively Diversified Management Services is seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves operating manual CNC machinery, inspecting parts, and assisting with finishing, deburring, packaging, and inventory.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 6pm-6am). You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain quality and safety, and join a team focused on meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and shop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Finish and deburr parts.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Measure and mark parts as needed.
• Complete production and inspection paperwork.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and training requirements.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
