Job summary

You will measure, tune, and adjust fixtures and tooling, collaborating with engineering and production to meet engineering needs and quality standards. 5S and safety practices are essential in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in machining.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Experience with CNC/NC mills and lathes.
• Ability to measure parts with precision instruments.
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5S organization and cleanliness in the work area.
• Fabricate fixtures, gauges, and parts to blueprints.
• Machine parts to specifications using lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to solve problems.
• Design fixtures and tooling for engineering needs.
• Test and inspect finished units for conformance to specifications.
