Job summary

Autocam/NN Inc is seeking a Night Shift CNC Machinist to operate and set up CNC lathes and mills, read blueprints, and ensure precise part production for automotive and related industries. The role covers both day and night shifts with a strong focus on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

Reading blueprints, schematics, diagrams or technical orders to determine operations.
Set up and adjust machines, such as CNC lathes, CNC mills and grinding machines.
Measure dimensions of finished parts with precision instruments to ensure spec conformance.

Responsibilities

Operate manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
Maintain and repair machine tools and equipment.
Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine the specific operation to be performed.
Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
Set up and adjust machines, such as CNC lathes, CNC mills and Grinding Machines.
