Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a CNC machine operator to set up and run CNC machines within a dedicated cell. The role requires basic measurements and tool handling, with a focus on quality and safety.

The position starts at a pay rate not less than $23.66/hour, with 90-day performance-based increases during an 18-month training period. A $2.75/hour shift differential applies for the 3rd shift (8pm–6am, Sun to Wed).

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 to 9 months on-the-job training or related vocational training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machine and all other equipment in assigned cell.
• Transfer commands from servers to CNC modules using network links.
• Mount, install, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
• Measure dimensions of finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machines and adjust for problems to meet specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and proper use of machinery and tools.
• Follow Standard Work instructions and make programming/adjustments.
• Support safety and Kaizen initiatives.
