Job summary

Instrument Development Co located in Mukwonago, WI, seeks a full-time Machinist to operate CNC machines and perform machining tasks. The role involves setting up machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality standards.

Successful candidates will have experience with measuring tools and CNC operation, and will receive on-the-job training. The work hours are from 9pm to 5:30am, Monday through Friday, in a low to moderate noise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a variety of CNC Machines is desired.
• Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of Machinist-Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Set-up with proper instruction and learn basic 3-axis programs.
• Read refractometer to maintain proper concentration and coolant levels.
• Edit individual tool feed rates to establish SFM and related chip loads.
• Identify when to replace dull tooling before catastrophic failure.
• Complete paperwork as required and comply with quality and safety regulations.
