Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Machinist III for a 3x12-night shift (6:00pm–6:30am). You will operate and edit CNC programs, train junior machinists, and identify fixturing and tooling needs.

Complex SurfCAM programming may be required to produce parts per blueprints and MIL-SPEC standards. Responsibilities include setting up CNC milling centers, applying correct speeds/feeds, meeting production deadlines, and performing post-manufacturing inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, a trade school certificate or equivalent; minimum 5 years CNC machining experience or 1 year SurfCAM programming with 4 additional years of CNC milling experience.
• 7+ years of manual machining may supersede CNC experience requirement.
• Must be able to set up CNC centers to perform machining on complex parts using 3, 4, and 5 axis mills or lathes.
• Must be able to edit CNC programs at the machine.

Responsabilités

• Machine simple to complex parts from various materials per specifications.
• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure correct dimensions.
• Ensure raw material follows job routers and tech data.
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines with proper speed and feed adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machines and tools and perform emergency repairs when required.
