Job summary

Zeeco’s night-shift CNC Machinist operates CNC mills and lathes to fabricate parts, loads parts, cycles the machine, and maintains a safe, clean work area. The role requires Mazatrol programming on a 5-axis CNC lathe, setting tools, offsets, and verifying settings against specifications.

You will plan machining from drawings and work orders, document inspection results, complete paperwork, and assist in related fabrication tasks. The position runs 4:30pm to 2:30am and is on-site in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demonstrated Mazatrol experience on a 5-axis CNC lathe.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Plan machining from work orders, blueprints, and drawings.
• Program mills and lathes by entering instructions, including tool offsets, references, and compensations.
• Set up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting fixtures, tools, and attachments.
• Verify settings and maintain tolerances per specifications.
• Inspect machined parts and document results.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, safe state and assist in related fabrication tasks.
• Communicate with coworkers regarding production runs and timelines.
