Job summary

RTX, Pratt & Whitney site in Clayville, NY, is seeking an on-site CNC production worker for the 8th shift (Mon-Thu 10pm-8am). You will demonstrate proper work methods, run CNC programs or operate Kasto saws, and help maintain production rate and quality.

Candidates need a HS diploma, solid attendance, and good communication. You must be able to work odd hours and wear a respirator; mechanical aptitude is preferred. RTX offers comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), PTO.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong attendance record.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work hours outside regular shift; respirator use may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proper work methods and use of tools and equipment.
• Run written CNC programs or operate Kasto saws.
• Produce parts to meet production rate and quality.
• Perform walk around of machines.
• Support continuous improvement and CORE/EH&S initiatives.
• Shift: 8th shift Mon-Thu 10pm-8am.
