Job summary

RTX, Pratt & Whitney site in Clayville, NY, is seeking an on-site CNC production worker for the 8th shift (Mon-Thu 10pm-8am). You will demonstrate proper work methods, run CNC programs or operate Kasto saws, and help maintain production rate and quality.

Candidates need a HS diploma, solid attendance, and good communication. You must be able to work odd hours and wear a respirator; mechanical aptitude is preferred. RTX offers comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), PTO.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US)
• Must have a strong attendance record
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
• Must be able to wear a respirator
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $21.00 per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
