Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-3 years related experience in machining.
• Ability to train, mentor, and lead other CNC machinists.
• Knowledge of CNC quality inspection procedures and precision tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply geometric concepts.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety.
• Lead and mentor CNC machinists on night shift.
• Study blueprints and set up machining operations per drawings.
• Select fixtures and tools, adjust speeds and feeds for tolerances.
• Verify finished parts using precision inspection tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment condition.
