Must interpret G and M codes, perform root-cause analysis, and work with lathe tooling. The role is temp-to-hire, onsite, with PPE requirements and a Sunday night through Friday morning schedule (11 pm–7:30 am), estimated 40–56 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must-have CNC lathe setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing CNC machine troubleshooting, setup, and changeovers for CNC lathes in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to interpret G and M codes and work with lathe tooling/programming.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues using root cause analysis.
