Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary CNC related certificate or degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Lathe operations.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply information from engineering drawings.
• Adhere to job plans per job travelers.
• Set-up multiple types of jobs with fixtures.
• Operate CNC Lathes and perform basic maintenance.
• Use precision measurement equipment to verify parts.
• Install and maintain cutting tools.
• Consistently produce quality parts.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
