You’ll read blueprints, verify dimensions with calipers, and document counts, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and following all PPE and quality procedures. This full-time, in-person role offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift on a consistent schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Performs basic math and can use calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure raw stock and components into CNC equipment following prints and work instructions.
• Unload finished pieces and prepare machines for next cycle; manage chips and debris as needed.
• Interpret blueprints and documentation to verify materials, dimensions, and orientation.
• Start and observe machine cycles after setups by designated personnel.
• Verify part positioning and monitor for alarms or quality issues; escalate as needed.
• Record production data and counts; maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
