Job summary

Bay Area Hospital in Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Post Surgical Unit. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulating, toileting, and repositioning.
• Document care and patient vital signs; report abnormalities.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using assistive devices and safe handling equipment.
• Input data into the patient’s medical record in EPIC/EMR; process discharge paperwork.
• Coordinate unit communications, monitor supplies, and assist visitors.
