Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
• Attainment of PA CNA certification and active status.
• Ability to document and communicate patient data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in delivering quality patient care.
• Gather and report patient data (vital signs, observations) to RN.
• Support activities of daily living for patients and families.
• Participate in rounds and infection control practices.
