Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with basic activities of daily living under nurse supervision.
• Observe patients and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain infection prevention techniques and safety in all tasks.
• Assist with mobility, turning, feeding, and hygiene as needed.
• Document care and vitals in patient charts.
