Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Oregon City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time NOC shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) Sundays and Mondays. The role provides routine daily care aligned with each resident’s care plan.

You will support residents with personal care, assist with daily activities, and communicate changes to the nursing team, in a warm, respectful environment focused on quality of life. Training and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 10th grade education or above
• Licensed CNA in Oregon
• Active CPR/BLS certification during employment
• Passion for caregiving and improving residents' quality of life

Responsibilities

• Check residents' personal care needs to meet their wishes
• Review care plans daily for changes in routine
• Inform nurse supervisor of changes to resident condition
• Assist residents with daily needs and transportation to appointments
• Create a warm, patient, and cheerful environment
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents feel comfortable
• Participate in facility surveys by authorities
• Communicate resident information to charge nurses and administrators
