Job summary

Garden Spot Village CNAs provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring dignity, safety, and well-being while assisting with daily living activities.

This full-time role is night shift (11:00pm–7:00am) with rotating weekends, and requires PA CNA certification and active Nurse Aide Registry status. Garden Spot Communities offers health insurance, retirement plan, tuition assistance, and a first-time homebuyer program.

Qualifications

• PA CNA certification required and competency testing within 120 days of hire.
• Listed on PA Nurse Aide Registry with no substantiated findings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare and Nurse Call systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living including meals and transportation.
• Document care timely and accurately in resident records.
• Follow policies, procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety and confidential information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
