Avera Majestic Bluffs/Avera Sister James Care Center in Yankton, SD is seeking a Nurse Assistant in training to become a CNA. The role provides direct, personal care to residents in the skilled nursing facility, supporting daily living activities and contributing to each resident's plan of care.

You will work night shifts, 5:30pm-6am, weekends on a 3-day weekend rotation with incentive; training to become CNA or Medication Aide; benefits include PTO from day 1, retirement match, and professional

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensure required or licensing within 120 days.
• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Take vital signs and document results accurately.
• Support nursing staff with routine and restorative duties per policy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
