Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night (NOC) shift to provide basic nursing care under licensed nurses in a correctional clinic setting. You will support ADLs, monitor vital signs, and document patient data accurately, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant training program.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must pass and maintain clearance for Public Trust Position if working with specific patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and use common software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with ADLs, vital signs, and document patient data accurately.
• Collaborate with health care team and correctional officers to plan patient care.
• Float between units as needed to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.
• Support orientation and training of new staff members.
