Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of the NAI program is required.
• One year of relevant healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care and hygiene tasks for patients.
• Assist with turning, transfers, and mobility.
• Record intake/output and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with meals and document feeding.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in patient areas.
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
