Central Harnett Hospital, part of Cape Fear Valley Health, in Lillington, NC, seeks a Nursing Assistant for the 2 East unit. The role involves basic patient care, observation and reporting changes in condition, and maintaining supplies, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

The position requires a CNA certification, NC registration, and strong English communication. Nights shift, BLS certification preferred, and hospital experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admitting patients to the unit and orient them to the unit and hospital routines.
• Respond to patient needs with direct help or by reporting to appropriate staff.
• Assist with implementing nursing care plans and carry out delegated tasks.
• Maintain patient safety through proper equipment and supplies use.
• Access medication and supply room for patient care items.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked patient environment.
• Support cost containment and accurate charging for services.
• Participate in education and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain basic NAII skills per unit competency if needed.
• Perform waived testing per unit competency.
• Support hospital initiatives and patient throughput and satisfaction.
