Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is hiring a Personal Care CNA for a part-time night shift. You will provide resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain safety and comfort for residents in a compassionate environment.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with an additional $2.50 nursing premium for nights and a $1 shift differential on weekends. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for education and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care of our residents in a safe, caring, timely and appropriate manner to assist each resident in attaining their highest potential. Assists residents with activities of daily living. Performs any of the procedures included in the NA Training Manual, within the scope of practice and Masonic Village policies and procedures.
• Observes residents and answers call bells in a timely manner to respond to residents' care needs. Reports observations, changes, unusual conditions or reactions to supervisor or appropriate discipline in a timely manner. Takes appropriate action as requested or required by the situation.
• Accurately completes, documents, and communicates all resident information and nursing care provided in a timely manner and in accordance to Masonic Village policies and procedures.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living, i.e., bathing, hair care, nail care, and oral care. Provides direct resident care and transports residents to activities and appointments in a timely manner.
