Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during certification program.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort; document as required.
• Assist with ADLs and basic nursing tasks under supervision.
