Blue Skies of Texas Senior Living Community in San Antonio, TX is hiring CNAs for a 10pm–6am shift. The role involves providing personal care, vital signs, and daily living support to residents in assisted living, dementia care, hospice, and skilled nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Certified and registered with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• CPR certification required.
• AED certification required.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Prior experience with geriatric and/or hospice patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, hygiene, feeding).
• Maintain safe and clean environment and unobstructed pathways.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Support daily living activities and light meal prep / homemaking related to care.
• Follow infection control measures (hand hygiene, standard precautions, PPE).
• Report resident changes to the Nursing Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
