Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to join Westminster Place in Longview, TX. The CNA will support residents with daily care, safety, and comfort, and will help implement the resident health care plan.

This full-time, onsite role requires a Texas Nurse Aide Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of related experience. Evening shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with compassionate service and Buckner standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Texas Nurse Aide Certification is required.
• Minimum one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Make frequent resident rounds to check physical comfort, safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain compliance with Buckner policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with implementation of prescribed health care plans.
• Provide care including bathing, feeding, oral care, dressing and mobility assistance.
• Perform cleaning/sanitary tasks and manage equipment as needed.
• Document ADLs, intakes/outputs and other care information accurately.
