Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant or Nurse Apprentice to join the Float Pool nursing team. You will work three 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with a varied schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

You will perform nursing care tasks and provide patient support under the supervision of licensed staff, while handling clerical and coordination duties to assist in delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at hire.
• Six months CNA experience in acute care preferred.
• Ability to care for patients across age groups (neonate to geriatric).

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at unit level with clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
• Perform CNA duties and related non-professional tasks under supervision of a licensed nurse.
