Job summary

North Hill Needham Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Enhanced Living/Assisted Living unit in Needham, MA. The role involves resident-centered care, ADLs, meal prep and delivery, and light housekeeping on a 11PM-7AM schedule with every other weekend.

A MA-approved CNA course and high school diploma are required. Competitive benefits are provided, including meals, parking, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
CNA course of study documented by a MA-approved organization.
Must communicate effectively in English.
Satisfactory completion of a background investigation.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with ADLs, meal preparation and serving, and transportation on the North Hill campus.
Provide resident-centered care and support in Assisted Living/Enhanced Living.
Follow Medicare requirements and agency policies for care and services.
Complete required annual education and training on time.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for care coordination.
