Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation in Jefferson City, Missouri is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the night shift. You will provide resident care in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation environment and work with an experienced nursing team to deliver outstanding care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transfers, mobility, meals, documentation, infection control, and shift handoffs.

Formación

• Active Missouri CNA license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in accordance with each resident's care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and the use of mobility or adaptive equipment.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments by changing linens, clothing, and incontinent products as needed.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds while ensuring resident comfort and skin integrity.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding when appropriate.
• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
• Help create a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers.
