Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the night shift in our skilled nursing facility. Under new management, CNAs are valued, respected, and supported, with 12-hour night shifts and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include overnight care, monitoring safety, rounds, documenting care, and communicating with nursing staff. Active Missouri CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs).
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition.
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
