Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications (Microsoft Office, EHR systems, HR-related platforms).

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide direction to residents regarding personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, nutrition, mobility).
• Answer signals and assess resident needs promptly.
• Monitor vitals and intake/output as directed.
• Transport and assist residents with mobility and dining.
• Support housekeeping, laundry, and activities; communicate with families and staff.
• Promote residents' independence and quality of life.
