Job summary

Briarwood Community Living Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. This full-time position covers the 6:30pm to 6:30am shift, offering meaningful patient care and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include direct care rounds, patient assistance, vital signs, and coordinating admissions with the Transitional Care Unit. We provide competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned unit to monitor residents' needs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and patients.
• Notify Charge Nurse of any resident/patient changes in condition.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by charge nurse.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and ensure infection prevention practices.
• Complete all assigned duties and documentation.
