Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) with accurate documentation.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care per protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including ambulation and mobility exercises.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control practices.
