Job summary

Covenant Living in Westminster, CO is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate daily care to residents across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. You will work under the nurse manager, assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities.

The role includes light housekeeping, laundry, dining support, and ensuring clean rooms, with cross-training opportunities. A state-approved CNA program completion and registry listing are required.

Qualifications

• Requires completion and passing of an approved CNA program.
• Listed on the State Nursing Assistant Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the nurse manager and may take direction from licensed nurses on duty.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Position also assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry and dining services.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner and assists with meals.
• Assist with resident transportation/transfer and personal care tasks as assigned.
