Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking qualified CNAs for full-time temporary positions on the AM shift across our senior living communities. Reports to the nurse manager and works under licensed nurses, delivering direct resident care and support with activities, meals, and mobility.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, completed an approved Nursing Assistant program, and be listed on the state's CNA registry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Completion and passing the Nursing Assistant program test is required in the state.
• Candidate must be listed on the State Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the nurse manager and may follow directions from licensed nurses on duty.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintains clean resident rooms and assists with laundry and meal preparation.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State
