Responsibilities

• Provide resident care as assigned and per routine, following CMS and facility policies.
• Document daily care in the medical record and report changes to the nurse.
• Assist residents with ROM exercises, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
• Assist residents to participate in activities of their choice and monitor for distress.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient environment and participate in QA/QPI activities.
