Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like environment while supporting daily activities and wellbeing.

The role includes night shifts from 10pm to 6am, every other weekend, and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
