Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents in a supportive setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes in residents’ needs, and collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans.

The role also encourages participation in community programs and activities, promoting well-being and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• Current state CNA/HHA/CHHA certification as a plus (Med Aide).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship with compassion.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents’ needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
