Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents in a supportive setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in care needs, and work with nurses to update Resident Care Plans. This role emphasizes resident well-being, safety, and meaningful engagement within the Brightview community.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA or Medication Aide is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' needs and collaborate with Nursing to update care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
