Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate care professionals to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents in a dedicated senior living environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents for changes, and collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans. Participation in community activities is encouraged to enhance well-being.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Work with the Nurse to update the Personal Resident Care Plan when needs change.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
