Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents in a supportive environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes, and coordinate with nursing staff to update care plans. Encouraging resident participation in community activities is part of the role, with a strong emphasis on dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient-minded.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with changes in residents' care plans with the Nurse and update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
