Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA certification.
• Ability to read and interpret care plans and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents during 7p-7a shift.
• Identify residents before procedures and document observations.
• Follow care plans and report changes to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident comfort, safety and dignity at all times.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and resident status.
