Benedictine Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team supporting residents in Duluth, MN. CNAs provide direct resident care, observe condition changes, and report to RN or LPN, while documenting in the POC system.

You will help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. Requirements include active CNA registry in good standing, excellent communication, ability to read/write English, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
