Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 10 PM to 6:30 AM shift. The CNA will provide essential direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor patient well-being during overnight hours to ensure comfort and safety for residents.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, reporting changes to nursing staff, and maintaining a safe, clean environment on patient floors and common areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to work the 10 PM–6:30 AM shift on-site.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability and ability to collaborate with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities during the night shift.
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report changes promptly.
• Provide compassionate care and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Support nursing staff with delegated clinical tasks and document observations.
• Respond to patient call lights and requests in a timely manner.
